A number of parents have asked for clarity regarding PE Kit during the winter months. During these exceptional times, and in order to continue to provide practical PE lessons, we are allowing pupil to wear PE clothing throughout the entire school day.As you are aware, the changing rooms are currently out of use – therefore the following must be adhered to in order to ensure pupils remain hygienic, warm, and safe.
Pupils must wear either tracksuit or jogging bottoms (with shorts underneath), their yellow PE polo shirt, and their purple school jumper throughout the day.
During PE lessons only, the jumper can be swapped for a hoody/ sweatshirt (this should be kept in their bags at all other times). Pupils should wear appropriate footwear and black PE socks. There should be no variation to this, and where possible items should be plain and without obvious logos. Pupils should not wear leggings, jewellery, watches, and should ensure that their hair is able to be tied up.
