Distribution of GCSE results

 

 

Recent news indicates changes to plans in Northern Ireland.BBC Radio Wales is also reporting an appetite for similar change here in Wales.The arrangements for Year 11 to collect their GCSE results on Thursday remain unchanged (Below is reminder of the staggered times for collection).We would usually make provision for Year 10 to collect their various GCSE results also.However, there will be no issuing of results from the WJEC for Science, History, IT (as has been the case in previous years).It is our intention to make GCSE English Literature results available to pupils on their return to school in September.

 

 

The GCSE certificates will be distributed on Thursday 20th August.Due to the ongoing Covid 19 Pandemic we will be staggering the distribution to ensure the safety of all those involved.

 

 

 

 

The certificates will be distributed in form class order and pupils are asked not to arrive outside of the times stated below.If you are unable to collect your certificates at the time stated below please contact the school via email:

Pupils should come to the main reception door via the pedestrian gate where they will be escorted to the social court to collect their certificates.Pupils are asked to comply with the social distancing arrangements in place at the school at all times.Once certificates have been collected pupils must exit the building via the RE entrance and along the footpath to the gate by the technology modular classroom and out via the car park gates

Please note: anyone arriving outside of their allocated time slot will not be allowed into the school.Year 10 certificates will not be distributed at this time.
