Distance Learning: Access to IT / Wifi

Dear all,
Wrexham Local Authority are currently making arrangements to ensure all pupils have access to GoogleClassroom.
We are aware that many households will currently have parents who are working from home, children attempting to complete school work, and possibly with siblings also trying to complete work – all needing access at the same time, and with insufficient numbers of devices to do so effectively.
Wrexham County Borough Council are therefore making available GoogleChrome book devices. For those who do not have access to the internet they will also be making available 4G Wifi routers. These devices will be allocated based on greatest need and prioritised to ensure certain Year Groups have access first.
In order to make the necessary preparations for the roll-out of this scheme, it is important that you express your interest by completing the online form on our school website (under the SET WORK and IT ACCESS menu or via this link https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfsPwOftTxgn93rUGqELNIkdNfGegnCv3Ajtih1dRtMXJQwfA/viewform ).
It will literally take seconds to complete!
Please pass this message on to those who may find it useful, and where appropriate, complete the form by this Friday 15th May 2020.
Thank you, Mr Wilkinson.
